• Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Via Bank transfer or Jazzcash/Easypaisa) within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Within Lahore:
After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.
Main Cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.):
Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Other Areas (Non-Main Cities):
Delivery may take 3 to 6 working days after dispatch, depending on courier availability and location.
3. Urgent Delivery – Lahore Only
For urgent deliveries within Lahore, customers must make advance payment.
Shipments will be delivered via InDrive or Yango within 2 to 3 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery charges for urgent deliveries are paid by the customer directly to the delivery partner.
4. Fast Delivery – Other Cities
For fast (overnight) delivery to other cities, advance payment is required.
Orders will be shipped via Leopard or TCS Overnight service.
Delivery charges for this service will be paid by the customer.
