Return and Exchange Policy

At KWEEN Studio we aim to provide the best possible customer support along with the correct shipment return or refund policy.

• Time Frame:

• Process for Exchange:                             

To initiate an exchange: • Contact our customer service at kweenstudiopk@gmail.com or Whatsapp at (03314044154/03366036947) with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. 

• Condition of Items:

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unused and in their original packaging

* Unopened, with all tags attached. 

• Receipt Requirement:

For all returns, a receipt or proof of purchase (order number/date and day of order placement) is required. 

• Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Via Bank transfer or Jazzcash/Easypaisa) within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. 

• Exclusions:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

* Personalized or custom items

* Used or opened products will not be returned or exchanged.

* Items marked as final sale. 

• Shipping Cost for Return/Exchange:

Customers are responsible for return/Exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. 

• Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong item or any item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
