How to Apply on Nails:
- Prep: Clean, trim, and gently buff your natural nails. Push back the cuticles and wipe the surface with alcohol to remove oils.
- Select Size: Choose the correct soft gel tip size for each finger.
- Apply Base Coat: Apply a thin layer of gel base coat to your natural nails and cure under a UV/LED lamp for 30 seconds.
- Apply Glue Gel: Apply a pea-sized amount of solid nail glue gel or extension gel to the inner side of the soft gel tip.
- Press & Cure: Place the tip at a 45-degree angle against your cuticle to avoid air bubbles, press down gently, and flash-cure with a handheld UV/LED light.
- Final Cure: Once all fingers are attached, cure your entire hand under a full-size UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds. Finish with gel polish or top coat.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Receipt Requirement:
A receipt or proof (order number/date and day of order placement) of purchase is required for all returns.
• Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Via Bank transfer or Jazzcash/Easypaisa) within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery timelines and terms.

All orders placed within Pakistan are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
2. Delivery Timeframes
Within Lahore:
After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.
Main Cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.):
Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Other Areas (Non-Main Cities):
Delivery may take 3 to 6 working days after dispatch, depending on courier availability and location.
3. Urgent Delivery – Lahore Only
For urgent deliveries within Lahore, customers must make advance payment.
Shipments will be delivered via InDrive or Yango within 2 to 3 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery charges for urgent deliveries are paid by the customer directly to the delivery partner.
4. Fast Delivery – Other Cities
For fast (overnight) delivery to other cities, advance payment is required.
Orders will be shipped via Leopard or TCS Overnight service.
Delivery charges for this service will be paid by the customer.
5. Additional Information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
