How to Apply on Nails:
- Prep Your Nails: Clean your nails, apply your preferred base coat, and cure under a UV/LED lamp. Apply your base color (gel polish) and cure.
- Apply Top Coat / Gel: Apply a layer of non-wipe top coat or a thick drop of clear UV builder gel/acrylic where you want to place the charm.
- Place the Charm: Use a pair of fine tweezers or a wax picker pen to gently pick up your chosen butterfly or flower charm and press it firmly into the gel or glue.
- Cure: Cure under your UV/LED nail lamp for 30–60 seconds if using gel to lock the charm securely in place.
- Seal Edges: Apply a thin top coat around the edges of the charm (taking care not to completely cover the intricate 3D texture if you want to keep it prominent) and cure again to ensure long-lasting wear.

• Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Via Bank transfer or Jazzcash/Easypaisa) within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery timelines and terms.

All orders placed within Pakistan are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
2. Delivery Timeframes
Within Lahore:
After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.
Main Cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.):
Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Other Areas (Non-Main Cities):
Delivery may take 3 to 6 working days after dispatch, depending on courier availability and location.
3. Urgent Delivery – Lahore Only
For urgent deliveries within Lahore, customers must make advance payment.
Shipments will be delivered via InDrive or Yango within 2 to 3 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery charges for urgent deliveries are paid by the customer directly to the delivery partner.
4. Fast Delivery – Other Cities
For fast (overnight) delivery to other cities, advance payment is required.
Orders will be shipped via Leopard or TCS Overnight service.
Delivery charges for this service will be paid by the customer.
