How to Apply on Nails:
- Prep: Clean your nails, apply your base gel or regular base coat, and cure/dry.
- Base Color: Apply your favorite gel polish color and cure it under a UV/LED lamp. Apply a no-wipe top coat and cure partially or fully depending on your technique.
- Apply Glue/Gel: Dab a small amount of rhinestone glue, builder gel, or strong nail glue onto the exact spot where you want to place the stone.
- Place the Stone: Use a wax picker pen or tweezers to pick up your desired size of ice blue metallic rhinestone and gently press it into the glue.
- Cure: Cure the nail under your UV/LED lamp for 30–60 seconds if using gel glue, or let it air dry completely if using traditional nail glue.
- Seal Edges: Use a fine brush to apply top coat around the base of the rhinestone (avoiding the top facets to maintain shine) to lock it in place, then cure.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
* Unused and in their original packaging

A receipt or proof (order number/date and day of order placement) of purchase is required for all returns.
• Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Via Bank transfer or Jazzcash/Easypaisa) within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Shipping Cost for Return/Exchange:
Customers are responsible for return/Exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery timelines and terms.

All orders placed within Pakistan are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
2. Delivery Timeframes
Within Lahore:
After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.
Main Cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.):
Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Other Areas (Non-Main Cities):
Delivery may take 3 to 6 working days after dispatch, depending on courier availability and location.
3. Urgent Delivery – Lahore Only
For urgent deliveries within Lahore, customers must make advance payment.
Shipments will be delivered via InDrive or Yango within 2 to 3 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery charges for urgent deliveries are paid by the customer directly to the delivery partner.
4. Fast Delivery – Other Cities
For fast (overnight) delivery to other cities, advance payment is required.
Orders will be shipped via Leopard or TCS Overnight service.
Delivery charges for this service will be paid by the customer.
5. Additional Information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
