To be eligible for a return, items must be:
* Unused and in their original packaging
* Unopened, with all tags attached
• Receipt Requirement:
A receipt or proof (order number/date and day of order placement) of purchase is required for all returns.
• Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Via Bank transfer or Jazzcash/Easypaisa) within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Shipping Cost for Return/Exchange:

All orders placed within Pakistan are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
2. Delivery Timeframes
Within Lahore:
After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.
Main Cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.):
Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Other Areas (Non-Main Cities):
Delivery may take 3 to 6 working days after dispatch, depending on courier availability and location.
3. Urgent Delivery – Lahore Only
For urgent deliveries within Lahore, customers must make advance payment.
Shipments will be delivered via InDrive or Yango within 2 to 3 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery charges for urgent deliveries are paid by the customer directly to the delivery partner.
4. Fast Delivery – Other Cities
For fast (overnight) delivery to other cities, advance payment is required.
Orders will be shipped via Leopard or TCS Overnight service.
Delivery charges for this service will be paid by the customer.
5. Additional Information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Kween Studio is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping company.
