Apply Instructions:
- Prep & Base: Apply your base coat and gel color, then cure under a UV/LED lamp. Apply a no-wipe top coat or base gel where you want to place the stones.
- Apply Glue Dots: Use a dotting pen or brush to apply small glue or thick gel dots onto the nail surface.
- Place Stones: Pick up the rhinestones using a wax pencil or tweezers and gently press them onto the glue dots.
- Detail with Smaller Stones: Fill in gaps around larger stones by adding smaller rhinestones for a cohesive design.
- Cure in Lamp: Cure the entire nail under your UV/LED nail lamp to lock the gems securely in place.
- Seal & Finish: Seal around the edges of the stones with a top coat (avoiding the stone centers to keep their sparkle) and cure again.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
* Unused and in their original packaging
* Unopened, with all tags attached
• Receipt Requirement:
A receipt or proof (order number/date and day of order placement) of purchase is required for all returns.
• Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Via Bank transfer or Jazzcash/Easypaisa) within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Shipping Cost for Return/Exchange:
Customers are responsible for return/Exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery timelines and terms.

All orders placed within Pakistan are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
2. Delivery Timeframes
Within Lahore:
After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.
Main Cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.):
Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Other Areas (Non-Main Cities):
Delivery may take 3 to 6 working days after dispatch, depending on courier availability and location.
3. Urgent Delivery – Lahore Only
For urgent deliveries within Lahore, customers must make advance payment.
Shipments will be delivered via InDrive or Yango within 2 to 3 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery charges for urgent deliveries are paid by the customer directly to the delivery partner.
4. Fast Delivery – Other Cities
For fast (overnight) delivery to other cities, advance payment is required.
Orders will be shipped via Leopard or TCS Overnight service.
Delivery charges for this service will be paid by the customer.
5. Additional Information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
